In London, the demolition of the Victorian Holborn Viaduct required the realignment of four railway tracks along a new tunnel, viaduct, and bridge complex. We look at how Arup designed the major civil engineering works, as well as the structural, services, communications, and fire engineering of the new City Thameslink station.
