Originally designed by Arup in the 1980s, over 10 years later we were asked to return to 1 Finsbury Avenue to design a new environment for dealers within the existing space and upgrade the building’s IT and services infrastructure.
As well as 1 Finsbury Avenue, we also look at two car factories developed half a world apart in Gilwice, Poland and Rayong, Thailand. Designed by a single Arup team, and using virtually the same size, layout and purpose, discover the challenges that the unique environments presented to the team.
We also look at the Spencer Street Footbridge in Melbourne, crossing the Yarra River, as well as exploring London's Ambulatory Care and Diagnostic Centre in north-west London.
