In the first issue of 2002, we begin with a focus on Cornwall's Eden Project, the world's largest enclosed botanical environment. We also look at designs for the Milwaukee Brewers’ new baseball stadium - Miller Park - and the Braun HQ in Germany.

This issue starts with a look at our role in developing the Eden Project - Cornwall's unique indoor botanical environment, which recreates a range of global habitats - from desert to tropical.
First hired to provide expertise on the building's climate control, our role expanded to include providing input to providing economic and planning advice, as well as traffic analysis, materials selection and fire and communications engineering.
Other projects covered in this issue include a look at our design work on the Lotus Pond Bridge – a 68m tied arch bridge in Taiwan, Braun's new HQ in Kronberg, Germany, and the challenges presented by extreme heat and cold in designing the Milwaukee Brewers' Miller Park.
