Situated on the exclusive Prince Edward Road East, this luxury residential development is poised to benefit from the promising future of Hong Kong's emerging Kai Tak metropolis.
The development consists of a three-level car parking basement, a five-level commercial and retail podium and five residential towers, ranging in height from 38 to 42 storeys.
Arup was been appointed as the structural engineer for the project. A number of constraints posed technical challenges for Arup’s engineers, including height restrictions, complex ground conditions and preservation of trees and landscape.
A top-down construction method was adopted, with a diaphragm wall as the lateral support system for the basement. These measures helped the team meet fast-track construction requirement.
