Located in Esenyurt suburb, Ziraat Bank Data Centre is aimed to be a comprehensive data centre building. The developer is a bank operating in Türkiye and the two–storey building includes white space area and associated offices. The building overall construction area is 5,500 m2.
Arup provided architectural and engineering design services from concept to tender design as well as project management services for this project.

The white space electrical and mechanical detailed design has been carried out by the Client’s 3rd party consultant. We have also provided design review and recommendations relating to the white space area.
