The Zorlu Center project consists of a mixed used development extending over a construction area of approximately 620,000m2 right at the junction of the Bosphorus Bridge European connection and the Büyükdere axis that connects the city centre with the great business district of Maslak.
The project includes residential units, office spaces and a 3,500 people capacity culture and art centre established over an area of 25,000 m2. The multi-purpose center of art holds activities seven days a week and it will be a cultural centre for both children and adults. The project also includes a five-star hotel with 130 rooms and a 96,500 m2 shopping centre.
Arup provided lender’s technical advisory services to Zorlu for Akbank as a controller of the project, updating the bank on the financial and physical progress, detailed budget and project plan analysis, as well as the application of line of credit to the project.
