d.Hub is being used for the program management for over 5,000 assets for Adif, Spain’s railway infrastructure manager. Streamlining the intensive maintenance programme for the vast national rail network is crucial to Adif’s successful operations. d.Hub offers operators real-time data through a single source of truth, enabling better informed asset maintenance decision-making. This allows for better asset management, cost savings, detailed asset portfolio data, as well as efficient designs for inspection, maintenance, and refurbishment strategies.
Kraft Heinz is using d.Hub to centralise the gathered data and facility management for their global assets across four main workstreams: Programme and Project Management, Digital, Cost Management and Site Structural Surveys. The data collection process for structural engineers was streamlined by automating some data entry and automated PDF reporting was set up to enable the client to view a site summary and an overview of the results from the Structural Surveys. This tool allows the client to prioritise assets that require investment as part of their global capital expenditure program. d.Hub is being used on over 65 sites and over 1000 buildings for inspections, maintenance works tracking, and cost management. d.Hub is being used as a central point of truth unifiying data from multiple inspection companies, Arup included.
