Offshore wind project development and delivery
We contribute across the development lifecycle of offshore wind schemes – from the development of competitive bids through to the successful deployment of operational projects.
Combining global expertise with a local presence, we work with clients through early project feasibility stage, using our extensive experience to identify and scope the requirements for a potential offshore wind farm.
Depending on specific project needs, this can include aspects such as maritime spatial planning, technical due diligence, consenting and modelling. We use proprietary digital tools such as SCALE and Optif to quickly and efficiently test initial project assumptions.
In the more advanced phases of development and delivery, we work with clients to fine-tune project details and reduce uncertainties. Engaging with specialist teams, we define critical aspects of the proposed development such as soil conditions, foundation design evaluations, load assumptions and seismic analysis.
Thanks to the expertise of its local teams, we are able to skilfully navigate and manage community stakeholder engagement and to conduct the necessary work to consider and develop the supporting infrastructure.
