Airports are incredibly complex environments, both from a visitor and business operational perspective. Data is helping us to produce tools to address many longstanding issues. Aviation Insights is a group of apps that allow us to evaluate levels of demand against an operator’s predictions. It also keeps tabs on the myriad ways people arrive and depart an airport, with insights into passengers’ onward travel needs and the baggage handling requirements within each terminal.
