The Cap Vermell Proyectos y Promociones SL group, with US international hotel chain Hyatt, has contracted Arup to carry out a five-star, 142-room hotel project in the municipality of Capdepera, Mallorca.

The scope of Arup´s services included infrastructure and structure design, mechanical and electrical engineering, plumbing, fire engineering, alternative energies and fire strategy.

The 50,000m² complex includes 55 exclusive villas, nine buildings, a golf club, the exclusive ’Cap Vermell Beach Club’ and other public areas with gardens, restaurants, waterfalls, pools and spa.
