Anokhee’s key design interests are in providing safe water supply and sanitation design, and sustainable stormwater management design integrated with the building architecture. She has led the sustainable water and drainage strategies for many projects, including the Siemens Urban Sustainability Centre (BREEAM Outstanding and LEED Platinum) and the Oman Botanic Gardens.

In her current role as Global Public Health Skills Network Manager, she has led the development of a wide range of learning resources and design tools for engineers. These aim to improve the quality and efficiency of design work; train graduates; and assist Arup Public Health engineers in the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
