Heading the Civil Engineering, Bridges and Structures Cluster at Arup in Poland, Dr Artur Czarnecki brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on bridges and highways structures, including a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.

From analysis to design, evaluation and maintenance, Artur’s expertise spans the entire project lifecycle including conceptual designs, structural refurbishments, principal inspections and detailed designs.

As a Chartered Engineer with a license recognised by over 30 countries, Artur has worked on an array of projects from small investments to multimillion-dollar infrastructure programmes across the world. Fjord Link Frederikssund in Denmark, Sola Footbridge in Poland and many more projects across Ireland, Germany, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Russia, the UK, and the USA.
