Caroline leads a diverse group of planners, designers, architects, economists, commercial advisors and project managers to champion an integrated approach to city design and planning.

Caroline has a strong track record leading complex infrastructure and city-shaping projects. She has delivered complex corridor and precinct-scale advisory projects across Sydney, regional NSW and Canberra, while bringing together expertise from across Australia and the globe to create positive outcomes for communities and the environment.

Caroline is currently on the NSW Residential Committee for the Property Council of Australia and the Research and Innovation Steering Committee for the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

She has published research papers across several topics in planning including affordable housing, urban and regional migration, value capture and city resilience.

Caroline has provided key strategic planning and economics advice following the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in Sydney (Future of Sydney’s CBD, Committee for Sydney) and in Melbourne (Revitalising Suburban Economies and Activity Centres, Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions). She has recently provided strategic land use planning and corridor planning advice to a number of up-and-coming precincts across green and brownfield development in NSW and the ACT.
