Jason has extensive railway project management experience in client organisations and successfully delivered many greenfield and brownfield projects.

Jason has dedicated his whole career life to the railway industry and developed himself from hands-on multi-disciplinary experience to executive level management in new railway planning, design and construction, as well as asset replacement and upgrade projects. The projects he worked on range from tunnelling and deep excavation in urban environment, above-ground / elevated alignment and stations, depots, integrated rail and property development, complex rail and multi-modal interchanges, station commercial opportunities, to stations and railway systems upgrade and asset replacement works.

Jason has designed many elevated and underground stations in both greenfield and brownfield environment, including the award-winning Sunny Bay Station and Disneyland Station, the technically challenging To Kwa Wan Station and Diamond Hill Interchange Station under the Shatin to Central Link and is heavily involved in the current new wave of railway development, including the Tuen Mun South Extension, Northern Link and Siu Ho Wan Depot/Siu Ho Wan Station, which not only involves route expansion, but also covers complex track diversion and / or modification to the operating railway.

He is currently leading a team to deliver the detailed design of Siu Ho Wan Depot Redevelopment Phase 1, supporting part of the 20,000-flat residential property development over a live depot. The project also involves extensive track diversion works of the mainline to accommodate Siu Ho Wan Station.
