With over 18 years at Arup, my career doesn’t follow a typical or some may say logical progression path – moving from Project / Design Management, to structural design, then to Project Control / Commercial Management, to today leading our aviation business in East Asia. It wasn't an easy decision when I decided to leave behind of my establishment in commercial dealings in North Americas and move to Asia to start a new chapter in aviation, but I followed my heart and desires in quest of the next challenge.

The changes and travels in my career seem random on the surface, but they underly the firm’s emphasis on people in a technology-driven era, and qualities and characteristics in people are at the heart of transformation. Within Arup, there is a system in place to help everyone succeed, if you ask for support and guidance.
