Based in Singapore, Joseph leads our Aviation Business across the Australasia region helping our clients address industry challenges such as developing airport assets, optimising operations and achieving sustainable outcomes. 

With a background in civil engineering, Joseph has gained vast experience with Arup in all aspects of airport developments, from strategy to planning and project implementation. He focuses on being a client partner and deeply understanding the challenges at hand to arrive at effective solutions. Joseph is experienced with the highly integrated nature of airport delivery and strives to facilitate mutually beneficial business outcomes.

Joseph has held strategic advisory and management roles on major projects including Singapore Changi Terminal 5 Development, Western Sydney Airport, and Taipei Terminal 3 in addition to several airport developments across Australia and South East Asia.
