Mike is a director in Arup’s landscape architecture team in the UK. He has more than 20 years’ experience leading and managing landscape architectural teams in the design and delivery of a wide range of public realm projects.

Throughout his career, he has worked on the design of public, mixed use and private projects in Singapore, South East Asia, Australia, and the UK, many of which have been recognised by local and international awards. His responsibilities include design, documentation, contract administration and project management to provide tailored solutions to our clients’ many challenges. Mike enjoys the technical challenges presented at detail design phase and working collaboratively with architects on the creative design process.

He believes the concepts of robustness, flexibility and sustainability must drive the development of our public spaces to meet the needs and aspirations of diverse communities now, and for many years to come.
