I am Arup’s Cardiff office leader, bringing together a multidisciplinary team on local, national and international projects across a range of sectors such as education, aviation, commercial, leisure, and arts and culture. I sit on the Cardiff Capital Region Business Council and I’m passionate about securing inward investment into one of the most vibrant areas of the UK.

I also lead Arup’s Education Business for the UK, India, Middle East and Africa region, working with our global education leaders to create specialised learning environments for schools, colleges, and universities.

Arup has been in Cardiff for over 50 years and has been responsible for numerous iconic projects. Since joining Arup in 1997, I have been personally involved in many of these projects, such as the Principality, Cardiff City and SWALEC stadia, the Wales Millennium Centre, the redevelopment of Central Square, the International Sports Village, the new Cardiff Arena sitting within Atlantic Wharf and Cardiff Parkway station.

I am passionate about sustainability and have acted as an advisor and lecturer in low carbon design for the Welsh Government, The Carbon Trust in Wales, and Cardiff University. I also sit on the committee of the Wales and Southwest region of the British Council of Offices (BCO).
