I am Arup’s advisory lead on pedestrian planning based in our Hong Kong office. I have been part of the Traffic and Transport Group for more than 20 years, working across a range of projects, from temporary traffic management works, to the detailed design of roadworks and masterplanning studies.

Since joining Arup in 1995, I have been the project manager of numerous traffic impact assessments and led multimodal transport and traffic engineering studies, such as the Kai Tak Environmental-friendly Linkage System to formulate an integrated Multi-Modal Linkage System (MMLS). In addition, I led our work on the Kwun Tong Business Area Pedestrian Enhancement Study, formulating enhancement proposals for the improvement of six pedestrian links.

I have played a significant role on various planning projects spanning Hong Kong, Mainland, Macau, India, Vietnam and UAE.
