Sean Meadows is Arup’s Canada Leader and a Principal in the Toronto office.

Having joined the firm in 2016, he oversees all aspects of business including strategy, planning, project delivery and quality across Canada.  With over twenty years in the industry, Sean has extensive experience with transit and rail, which includes significant projects with Canadian public sector clients such as Metrolinx and the Toronto Transit Commission. His range of expertise includes program management, financial and quality audits, risk management, mitigation planning, contract dispute resolution, transit vehicle engineering, transit agency fleet planning, and development and management of overhaul modification programs. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an ability to deliver diverse and challenging infrastructure projects that have expanded sustainable transit options and equitable transit access.

Canada includes the firm’s offices in Toronto and Montreal.
