Our recruitment process is both comprehensive and confidential, designed to make sure we’re a good fit and that you’ll get the most from the Program you’re applying for.

The application process consists of the following stages:

  1. Initial selection - you'll be assessed against various criteria, including your academic achievements, experience, your team work and communications skills

  2. Online assessment - to help us get to know you and your skill set a little bit better

  3. Assessment interview - held at your local Arup office where you will meet with managers from your selected discipline

  4. Offer - if successful you will receive a verbal offer, followed by an employment contract offer pack 

  5. Acceptance of a position is by a signed and returned employment contract.
