Arup opened the Austin office in 2022 to expand our on-the-ground presence in Central Texas. By establishing an office in one of the largest and fastest growing cities in the United States, Arup will continue influencing the growth of this vibrant city. 

The Austin office brings together a team of designers, advisors, and experts dedicated to sustainable development who are working across the built environment. Building on Arup’s growing work in Central Texas, our impact in Austin spans across the transportation and property sectors. Notably, we are providing strategic aviation planning expertise for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport as well as supporting the community-driven feasibility study for the improvement of I-35 in Central Austin. Our team in Texas is also contributing engineering and consulting services for the Block 16 office tower and Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin.

With our third office in Texas, Arup’s work across the state and region continues to expand. In the years ahead, the Austin office will continue strengthening local connections with both existing and new clients as we broaden our offerings and grow our talent in Texas’ capital city.
