Matteo Baffetti is part of Arup’s Project and Programme Management team in Italy. A Chartered Engineer with over 15 years working in the construction industry, Matteo is experienced in managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams from inception to handover. Since joining Arup in 2008, he has had a good balance of design and management experience gained through the delivery of successful projects in Europe and Asia for international investors, public institutions and large corporate clients operating in the commercial, infrastructure and the industrial sectors. 
Some of his recent project work includes Chiesi Farmaceutici Headquarters, Allianz Tower in Milan, Canary Wharf’s Crossrail Station, King’s Cross’ Station and HS2.
