With more than 15 years of experience in the property industry, he has been involved in the design management of various commercial property projects in South Africa as well as data centre projects in Africa and the Asia-Pacific, such as The Ridge and Pearls of Umhlanga. Shikar’s broad expertise extends from technical due diligence assessments for new and existing buildings, to the design of new facilities on greenfield sites. He thrives on the fast-paced nature and the intense client interactions that are commonplace with hi-tech building projects in developing countries.
