Drawing on our UK and global experience, we developed this paper to help organisations understand the imperatives of sustainable outcomes and how total value decision making can not only offer an approach for their delivery but also create purposeful and successful organisations. In this paper, we set out six essential qualities for organisations to practice total value decision making and a maturity map to guide their progress.
