Ireland Gender Pay Gap Report
The gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across a workforce. In accordance with the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, organisations with more than 250 employees are required to publish information on gender pay gaps.
At Arup in Ireland, we have prepared the latest report is based on the period from 30 June 2022 to 30 June 2023. Our gender pay gap is driven by the fact that we have a significantly higher proportion of men than women across our firm, particularly in leadership grades where pay is higher. The reports provide the calculated gap numbers and the steps we are taking to address female underrepresentation, which is prevalent across our industry.
How we're governed
We recognise the value of transparency around organisational governance, how businesses are led and managed, and how stakeholder considerations are reflected in decision making, and our governance reflects that.
