UK 2023 Pay Gap Report

Our UK 2023 Pay Gap Report shows our statutory gender pay gap and bonus gap figures as well as our voluntary disclosure of our ethnicity pay gap and bonus gap figures.
As the report outlines, we have acheived an important goal around gender equity. Women now represent more than 40% of our workforce. However, we know there is more to deliver if we are to achieve our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion ambitions and we will continue to forge our way ahead in creating a thriving workforce that represent the communities we serve.
