Arup is proud to host the first ‘Move Up’ event in Madrid, which seeks to bring together and create a network of young built environment practitioners from across design and engineering, architecture and real estate industries.
Acting as a ‘connector’ for tomorrow’s built environment leaders, ‘Move Up’ will bring together a range of young professionals to share their experiences through various meetings and workshops, helping to establish and strengthen relationships with their counterparts in other companies, and expand their circle of influence.
Created and hosted Arup, the event welcomed more than one hundred guests from the public and private sectors. Attendees benefited from a workshop from coaching and communications expert Marta Gil-Casares, who stressed the importance of establishing a real network and creating a trusting, collaborative culture among the attendees.
