As WiredScore’s first accredited consultant and partner in Hong Kong, Arup has successfully advised Swire Properties and Henderson Land Development on the accreditation of their projects as the city’s first generation of smart and resilient buildings.

WiredScore is the global digital connectivity certification system that helps landlords assess, improve, benchmark and promote their buildings. It offers two certifications, WiredScore and SmartScore, that rate a building’s digital infrastructure, connectivity and technological capacity.

The accredited projects include Swire Properties’ Two Taikoo Place and 46-56 Queen’s Road East, as well as Henderson Land Development’s The Henderson.  All three projects have achieved WiredScore and SmartScore Platinum, the highest rating in the certification system.

We are extremely delighted with the successful collaboration with WiredScore in recognising the first batch of smart and resilient buildings. Its launch in Hong Kong allows us to better support our clients in realising their smart building and sustainability ambitions for their developments. ” Sankar VS Sankar VS Director | East Asia Digital Services and Products Leader

Recently launched in Hong Kong, WiredScore sets the global standard for technology and smart building ratings in the built world. WiredScore offers two certifications, WiredScore and SmartScore.  WiredScore is the global digital connectivity rating scheme, providing landlords a framework through which they can assess, improve and benchmark their buildings to ensure they are resilient enough to stand up to the requirements of the modern-day office occupier. SmartScore defines what smart buildings are, and how to deliver them, allowing landlords to better understand, improve and communicate the user functionality and technological foundations of their assets.
