Arup consultant Ronan O’Byrne has won the Emerging Professional award at the Association for Project Management (APM) Greater Bay Area Branch Awards 2022, in recognition of his professionalism and achievements in project management.

It is a privilege to receive this award from the APM. I am grateful to the valuable opportunities I have at Arup, and I’m keen to keep learning and improving myself, and contributing to the industry. ” Ronan O’Byrne Senior Consultant

With over eight years of experience spanning business analysis, digital transformation, IT project delivery, operational change and project management, with a focus on business process improvement, Ronan has been involved in managing various advisory projects across health, transportation and financial sectors in Hong Kong as well as countries such as Ireland and the UK.

Ronan is committed to contributing his expertise to the development of our advisory services through projects on asset and operations and digital transformation. He used a three-stage delivery framework to address the requirements for a client in the healthcare sector. This involved developing approaches and roadmaps for future implementation of a departmental data analytics platform. With an increasing demand for quality services and the fast-evolving healthcare landscape, projects like this are critical to better support operations and enhance capability.

The APM Branch Awards celebrates the achievements of project professionals and students within their local APM Branch community.
