Andrew is an urban planner and strategy consultant with international experience in both public and private sectors. He currently leads Arup’s multidisciplinary Urban Development and Mobility team in London, which advises clients on large, complex projects at the intersection of transport and land use / property development.  

His primary expertise is in transport and regeneration planning, transit-oriented development, business cases, and delivery strategies.  Working with cities, transport authorities, and developers, Andrew helps to bridge the technical and placemaking aspects of these projects with commercial and delivery issues – ensuring a truly comprehensive approach to creating great places.
