I am a senior transport planner and engineer specialising in microsimulation modelling and the management of these projects. I have a considerable portfolio of traffic modelling projects, mainly of large scale urban areas, testing public transport priority and highway scheme proposals. 

I have been integral to the development of Arup’s skills in traffic microsimulation since joining Arup in 1998 and am part of the management team of the firm’s skills network in this area.

I have 20 years’ experience in data collection techniques, traffic assignment and demand modelling, plus cost benefit analysis of highway infrastructure schemes.
