I’m a chartered planner within Arup’s planning, policy and economics team, based in London.

I am passionate about working at the interface of planning, urban design and regeneration, with my experience focusing on masterplanning, place-visioning and regeneration potential. Having worked for nine months in South Africa, I am also keen to explore how different approaches to integrated urbanism might help tackle urban issues in developing countries.

I believe that the best places are those that embrace their informality and I still champion Jane Jacobs and her human approach to city-making! My favourite regeneration schemes are the Maboneng Precinct in Johannesburg and King’s Cross in London.
