I am a senior project manager with more than 10 years of experience working with a range of clients to successfully deliver major programmes and projects.

I combine my design, construction and cost management expertise as well as my ability to integrate different organisational cultures to provide innovative approaches and solutions to a variety of client challenges.

After spending time on secondment with Land Securities and later working with Procter and Gamble to deliver its R&D centre using a lean Integrated Project Delivery (lean-IPD) methodology, I have developed a niche in this area. I truly believe that bringing together different contributors within a project and working collaboratively enables the best possible outcomes in terms of design, program, cost, and work environment.

The value of the lean-IPD approach has been recognised wider within the industry. At the APM Project Management Awards 2020 the methodology won in the ‘Innovations in Projects’ category for being a unique and innovative delivery process that drives rapid and effective solutions – a proud personal and team achievement.
