I am a chartered civil engineer with over 18 years’ experience and I am currently leading our PPP Technical Advisory team working with Lenders and developers during project tender, finance and construction phases of PPP schemes, based at Solihull in the UK.

I have worked with developers across Europe to successfully deliver PPP schemes in the UK, Portugal, Spain and Turkey valued at up to £6 billion. This has involved working collaboratively with project funders and contractors to deliver commercially robust outcomes for all parties.

My technical experience is primarily in the highway sector, working on Motorways, expressways, bridges and tunnels.

Focussing on a strong collaborative approach and positive outcomes for all parties, I am passionate about delivering high quality infrastructure to support economic growth and development. 

One of my prime interests is the consideration of whole life costs from the earliest stage of infrastructure development to ensure that maintenance and health and safety aspects are built into a design that operates to the optimum benefit of the end user.
