Ashgabat Olympic Complex Hotel, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

The hotel has a higher bed capacity than the existing hotel in Ashgabat city

The Ashgabat Hotel is a part of the ‘Ashgabat Olympic Complex’ project; the new olympic complex that just hosted the 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Turkmenistan.

The hotel is located to the southwest of the olympic complex and accommodates international guests, representatives from the sports federation and members of the press. The ten-storey hotel has 800 beds, a press centre and a conference hall with 700 seats. The press centre accommodates a press working area with 60 desks and two press conference rooms.

We provided architectural and core engineering design services, including structural, mechanical and electrical engineering as well as landscape, fire, facade, acoustics, IT and communications systems and security, lighting and interior design services.

The conceptual architectural design and general contracting of the entire complex was performed by our client, Polimeks.
