The development consists of a three-level car parking basement, a five-level commercial and retail podium and five residential towers, ranging in height from 38 to 42 storeys.
Arup was been appointed as the structural engineer for the project. A number of constraints posed technical challenges for Arup’s engineers, including height restrictions, complex ground conditions and preservation of trees and landscape.
A top-down construction method was adopted, with a diaphragm wall as the lateral support system for the basement. These measures helped the team meet fast-track construction requirement.
