Chris Penny is an organisational psychologist working across many areas of organisational development, change management and operational readiness.

Chris is driven by applying an understanding of organisational behaviour and systems-thinking to support clients in solving people and operational challenges. He led Arup’s operational readiness team supporting the opening of the Elizabeth line, which included an extensive trial operations programme of almost 150 operational trials and five mass volunteer evacuation exercises.

He focuses on using an evidence-based approach to deliver high quality outcomes and trusted partnerships with public and private sector clients across a range of industries, specifically in rail and aviation.
