Graham is an Associate Director in Arup's London office and leads the delivery of Intelligent Mobility projects across the UK. He is passionate about sustainability and data, and his goal is to help clients implement digital innovation in their transport schemes for the benefit of people and planet.

With more than 17 years of experience in delivering large scale digital and data projects, as well as project management and technical consultancy, he has managed key commissions for transport clients such as National Highways, Department for Transport, and Heathrow Airport. He has delivered high-profile projects including the award-winning Heathrow Terminal Drop-off Charge (Heathrow Airport) (APM Technology Project of the Year 2022), and the COVID-19 Local Authority travel and transport data (Department for Transport) (ITS UK Project of the Year 2020).

Holding a master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Graham is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation. He has also contributed to industry publications such as “Assessing the Benefits of Data Sharing in the Smart Mobility Context”.
