I lead the Advisory Services team in the UKIMEA region and have over 20 years’ experience as a programme leader advising public and private sector clients on strategy, design, assurance and integration, operational performance improvement, transformational change and operational readiness.

I joined Arup as a telecoms/IT consultant and developed into a project and programme lead on programmes with a focus on the digital and the built environment.

Since Sept 2015, I have led the Arup team working for the Home Office on the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP).

I’m also leading the Arup team for Birmingham City Council providing Host City Programme Management Services in relation to Commonwealth Games 2022.

Prior to this, I led the Arup contribution to a number of major events programmes (Qatar 2022, Tokyo 2020, London 2012), with a general focus on the Digital built environment.

On London 2012 and Qatar 2022 in particular, I applied my previous skills around technology in the built environment and regeneration projects to the strategy, planning and technical assurance requirements for major events planning and delivery.

With a passion to combine engineering expertise with commercial and operational know-how, I help bring clarity, insight and rigour to organisational decisions.
