Creating a global water technology community

By developing a new global knowledge sharing web platform – Venturi, we aimed to speed up the availability of suitable technology to meet a growing number of dynamic water challenges throughout the world. For example how to better anticipate the impact of flooding, rainwater harvesting, best practice water conservation for industrial processes and cost-effective water desalination to name but a few.

The portal shares information about important research projects in the water sector to help identify likely needs and water industry trends. Water technology companies have a chance to post information about their products and services to attract potential investors and likely end users. Water organisations can share real issues and help steer the development of practical solutions to meet genuine water sector needs.
